Customer Service Volunteers
We require volunteers to help with telephone support during the lunch time period, 12:00 to 2:00, Monday to Friday.
Full training is given - details listed below. You will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect our member's details. A good telephone manner is essential to maintain a professional approach to our members.
If you feel you can offer a few hours a week we would be happy to welcome you to our team.
